Accenture PLC seeks a Program Delivery Consultant to support complex technology programs for healthcare clients. You’ll craft client-ready deliverables, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and help move programs from planning through implementation.

You are a hands-on problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills, able to translate business and technology needs into actionable plans, risks, decisions, and deployment readiness across the client and company teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting technology programs or application implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare payer and/or PBM industry.
• Minimum of 1 year experience creating client-ready deliverables and communicating with stakeholders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in cross-functional teams and structured delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, 6-year equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Support workstreams within complex technology programs, delivering high-quality work on time and aligned with client objectives.
• Create and maintain client-ready deliverables: program plans, status reports, executive presentations, process docs, risk/issue summaries.
• Gather and analyze business, operational, and tech requirements, translating to clear docs and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate activities across client, company, and technology partner teams (onshore and offshore).
• Track milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and actions; escalate as needed.
• Prepare clear program communications for client stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate working sessions and document decisions/outcomes; follow up on actions.
• Apply healthcare payer domain knowledge to analyze challenges and support decisions.
• Support testing, readiness, deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and client value.
