Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program Delivery Consultant to lead and coordinate complex technology programs for healthcare clients. You will develop client-ready deliverables, manage timelines and risks, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure on-time delivery and client value.

You will apply knowledge of payer operations and technology delivery to support decisions, testing, go-live, and post-deployment optimization while joining an inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting technology programs or application implementations.
• Experience creating client-ready deliverables and communicating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and structured delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate's degree, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support complex technology programs and coordinate program activities.
• Create client-ready deliverables including program plans, status reports, and risk summaries.
• Gather and analyze business, operational, and technology requirements and translate into documentation.
• Coordinate activities across onshore and offshore resources; track milestones and risks.
• Prepare program communications for client stakeholders and leadership; document decisions.
• Facilitate working sessions and follow through on actions; apply healthcare payer knowledge.
• Support testing, readiness, deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team coordination.
