R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration at LifePoint Marquette General Hospital in the United States. The role focuses on frontline patient access, ensuring fast, accurate registration and a compassionate patient experience.

You will be the first point of contact, supporting patients through check-in, gathering information, and coordinating with care teams to minimize delays and improve hospital operations. A strong service mindset is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answering questions with confidence and empathy.
