R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration in the United States to support fast, compassionate access to care. You will register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with care teams across multiple systems.

This role serves as the frontline for patient experience and revenue cycle success. The position offers part-time PRN hours (minimum 48 hours a month, 24 hours on call) with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect accurate information across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and assist with check-in efficiently.
• Verify insurance details and collect co-pays.
• Provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams.
