Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
• Experience in hospital or physician office registration/scheduling, insurance verification, or customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interview patients or representatives to collect demographic, financial, and insurance information for billing and accounts.
• Screen for insurance pre-certification requirements.
• Identify patient correctly, resolve duplicate medical record numbers, and ensure privacy/human interaction standards are met.
