Job summary

• Interview patients or the patient’s representative to obtain complete demographic, financial, and insurance information for billing and collecting patient accounts.
• Conduct screening for all insurance pre-certification requirements.
• Minimize medical risk and system liability by correctly identifying patients and ensuring accurate records and privacy practices.
