This role helps service members translate military medical experience into civilian healthcare careers and connects training to credentialing, licensure, and job opportunities.

You will collaborate with healthcare employers, educational institutions, and military installations, representing MMAC at events and building pathways for talent.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of healthcare systems, workforce development, and credentialing/licensure processes.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, policies affecting healthcare and program operations.
• Experience supporting military-connected populations through services, resources, referrals, or career assistance.

Aufgaben

• Turn military medical experience into civilian healthcare careers.
• Build relationships with healthcare employers, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Represent MMAC at events and meetings to strengthen career pathways.
• Provide individualized resource coordination and assist clients in navigating employment, education, licensing, credentialing and career pathways.
• Travel throughout Virginia to support clients and partners.
