Job summary

Charlie Health in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Field Outreach Representative to build relationships with clinical partners and expand access to our virtual behavioral health programs.

The role requires 1–4 years of sales experience, English fluency, and willingness to travel 4–5 days a week. Healthcare experience is a plus. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Based in Sarasota, FL
• Fluent in English
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience (KPIs)
• Healthcare org experience a plus
• Travel locally 4–5 days/week with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Energetic, persuasive, and able to engage senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Solid project management abilities and detail orientation
• Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
