Job summary

Charlie Health in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an Outreach specialist to build relationships with clinical partners and expand our go-to-market efforts for behavioral health programs. You’ll travel locally 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents and providers and help uncover needs and remove barriers to care.

We value 1–4 years of sales experience, fluency in English, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to energize senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPIs
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
• Ability to energize and persuade senior corporate personnel
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets
• Build relationships with clinical partners and referral sources
• Travel locally 4–5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
• Address barriers to treatment and grow community partnerships
• Engage with partners across channels to strengthen engagement
• Lead educational meetings and marketing/networking events
• Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams
