Charlie Health in Indiana is seeking an Outreach professional to build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide resources to thousands seeking mental health care. You’ll travel locally 4-5 days a week, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our market reach.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus.
• Based in East Fort Wayne, IN and eligible to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets.
• Build relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals.
