Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a Healthcare System.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and capital planning.
• Experience aligning KPIs and engaging across senior stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Guide, sustain, and strengthen the health of a strategic partnership with executive-level oversight.
• Lead strategic engagement across the customer’s organization including budgeting, asset management, capital planning, procurement and KPI alignment.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through clear communication and proactive relationship building.
• Collaborate across business lines to ensure transparency around inputs, outputs, challenges, and risks.
