Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct outbound calls, cold outreach, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility administrators and key decision-makers.
• Promote clinical services through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Research new markets and identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate introductory meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and opportunities.
• Represent the organization at networking events and industry meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives.
