Role Description The Operations Project Manager, Healthcare Operations & Client Implementation will oversee end-to-end implementation and operational workflows for health plan clients on SNT Biotech’s screening platform. This full-time, on-site role in Plainfield, IL includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new health plans and programs. Responsibilities include mapping operational processes, monitoring performance against HEDIS and Stars-related metrics, and driving continuous improvement in lab, logistics, and member engagement operations. The Operations Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, track project milestones, manage issue resolution, and prepare status reports and operational dashboards. The role also involves supporting budgeting and resource planning, documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, data security, and quality standards.
