Job summary

Conduit Health is seeking a Project Manager to optimize launches, partnerships, or workflows across the company in a high-growth environment. You will partner with Clinical, Product, and Fulfillment teams to improve processes and drive impact for patients.

The role emphasizes execution, regulatory awareness, and data-driven improvements, with a hybrid work setup including 3 in-office days per week in New York.

Qualifications

• Execution-focused and detail-oriented; track metrics and ensure clinical quality.
• Compliance-minded with knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid); experience building SOPs.
• Collaborative leader partnering with Clinical, Product, and Fulfillment teams to improve turnaround time.

Responsibilities

• Optimize key partnerships with payor and supplier partners to ensure fast order fulfillment and seamless patient experience.
• Manage prior authorization processes across portals with follow-ups.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Support, Payor Development, and Product Teams to improve workflows.
• Track and report KPIs, measure performance and present insights to leadership.
