Job summary

Conduit Health in New York City seeks an Implementation Manager to optimize state launches, payor implementations, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll Own launches from planning to go-live and collaborate across Clinical Ops, Support, Payor Development, and Product.

You bring strong project management, stakeholder management, and clear communication to drive on-time launches and measurable impact for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and structure-building skills to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
• Proven project management experience taking initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Stakeholder management with cross-functional buy-in.
• Excellent, tailored communication for diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage many moving parts.
• Passion for using systems and metrics to improve processes and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Own new state expansions from diligence handoff through go-live with launch plans.
• Lead payor implementations and readiness for live patients.
• Act as connective tissue across teams to chase commitments and unblock handoffs.
• Build and own launch trackers to show what is done and what is next.
• Run kick-offs and surface risks early to prevent slips.
• Possibly own network contracting admin for the land-and-expand model.
• Report against launch KPIs and turn learnings into playbooks.
