Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project/Operations leader to drive end-to-end initiatives across Claims Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance in the United States. You will plan, implement, and stabilize projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and budgetary constraints.

The role emphasizes efficiency, cost reduction, workflow optimization, and measurable impact on health outcomes. Strong collaboration and risk management are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management, operations, or process improvement experience, specifically within healthcare, claims, or insurance environments.
• Track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies or operational optimization initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects end-to-end: Manage initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, keeping delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Drive efficiency initiatives: Push forward projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, workflow optimization, and service improvements across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Bring together Claims Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Vendor Management, and external partners to keep initiatives moving in the same direction.
• Build project infrastructure: Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and implementation strategies that keep every initiative on track.
• Identify improvement opportunities: Spot process gaps and recommend operational enhancements before they become bigger problems.
• Track performance metrics: Monitor project performance, cost savings opportunities, and operational outcomes to prove initiatives are delivering real value.
• Manage stakeholders and risk: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, deliver project updates, and elevate risks or barriers before they derail progress.
