You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across Claims Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Vendor Management, and external partners to keep initiatives moving and deliver real value. This role offers a base salary of $88,000-$95,000, comprehensive benefits from day one,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare/claims/insurance project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies or optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Drive efficiency initiatives to reduce cost and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across key departments.
• Build project infrastructure with plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Track performance metrics and cost savings to prove value.
• Manage stakeholders and risk with proactive communication.
