Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an Operations Specialist to partner with leadership and operational teams to develop, implement, and support programs that improve efficiency, safety, productivity, and cost. The role also manages day-to-day operational needs and aligns with strategic goals of the business.

Responsibilities include documenting programs, reporting, data collection, and leading workflow transformation initiatives, while coordinating compliance and safety activities across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred 3 years of relevant healthcare experience and 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for programs and projects.
• Ensures documentation, reporting, data collection and database utilization are performed accurately and timely.
• Collects and analyzes process, productivity, value and quality data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leads workflow transformation and operational initiatives.
• Coordinates compliance activities to meet regulations and policies.
• Supports safety initiatives and completes required competencies.
