Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support for programs and projects with timely reporting and data collection.
• Analyze process and quality data to drive efficiency, safety and cost reduction.
• Lead workflow transformations and coordinate with leadership on action plans.
• Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Actively participate in safety initiatives and risk mitigation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
