You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions, assess system risks, and design implementation strategies that enable sustainable change within a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of deep experience with process improvement, project management, change management, and/or systems engineering/design methodologies.
• 5 years leading and coaching on improvement initiatives, training programs, and large-scale programs/portfolios.
• CRT-Lean Bronze Certification within 1 year after hire.

• Lead systems design activities translating stakeholder needs into scalable, reliable solutions.
• Assess end-to-end system impacts, dependencies, and failure modes.
• Engage stakeholders to identify adoption barriers, risks, and requirements.
