Practice Manager - Diabetes, Endocrinology and Diabetes Education, Grand Rapids, MI

Corewell Health is seeking a confident, experienced Practice Manager to lead our Diabetes, Endocrinology and Diabetes Education practice in Grand Rapids. This is an opportunity for a proven healthcare leader who can balance operational excellence with a highly collaborative leadership style. The successful candidate will be a strategic and visible leader who builds strong relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, educators, and staff while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. They will be responsible for driving performance across access, patient experience, quality, financial stewardship, and team development in a fast-paced ambulatory environment. Our team is dedicated to helping patients manage complex endocrine conditions and diabetes through comprehensive, patient-centered care. The Practice Manager will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional operations that support outstanding clinical outcomes and an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
