Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2 years of hospital emergency preparedness experience required.
• Able to work on-call rotation outside regular business hours (every fourth week).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate incident response and crisis management efforts during emergencies.
• Perform risk assessments and define requirements to mitigate threats to hospital operations.
• Develop and implement written response plans; facilitate knowledge transfer across leaders and teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff; act as a subject-matter expert in business systems analysis.
• Communicate status and resolution plans for complex issues to senior leadership.
