The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare operations leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in operations leadership or equivalent.
• Experience leading operations in large, complex healthcare settings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for delivery related to Provider Screening, Enrollment and Monitoring; includes document management and provider data management.
• Direct Operations teams across MMIS business; supervise 35–50 resources.
• Oversee SLA compliance, monitor client SLAs, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors; influence contracts and performance.
• Develop metrics for Operations and drive continuous improvement; engage senior management.
