Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee support services operations in a healthcare environment in Baltimore, MD. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and departments to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, planning staffing, hiring and training, supervising staff, and coordinating outside services.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services or related experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and annually reviews procedures for all staff.
• Plan staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reporting of goals and plans.
• Coordinate outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, waste management).
