Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Baltimore seeks an Operations Manager to oversee support services within the department and coordinate frontline tasks. This role acts as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

The position requires 4 years in related services with at least 1 year in supervision, plus strong written and verbal communication and the ability to multi-task under pressure. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and annually review standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are provided.
• Assist in hiring; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate outside services such as pest control and recycling programs.
• Prepare monthly reporting of goals, achievements, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and continuous training.
