Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to direct and oversee support services in healthcare facilities. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires supervising staff, planning staffing, hiring and training, and coordinating external services while maintaining standard procedures and reporting on goals and progress.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field with high customer contact.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Directs and develops supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Coordinates outside services and conducts monthly reporting of goals and plans.
