Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee support services operations in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact support service role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to stay organized under changing, stressful conditions.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet).

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring: interviewing, onboarding, training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Prepares monthly reports of goals, achievements, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical/Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
