Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the primary contact for practitioners, overseeing a team of data entry specialists and coordinating visits across facilities. You will collaborate with onboarding, billing, and recruiting to ensure a smooth practitioner experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring timely patient lists, and following up on post-visit documentation, with a hybrid work option and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Healthcare coordination experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Organized and communicative; proficient in Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for practitioner visits to facilities.
• Ensure patient lists are received and provided to practitioners timely.
• Follow up to ensure post-visit documentation is submitted as requested.
