Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the primary contact for practitioners, overseeing a team of data entry specialists and coordinating visits across facilities. You will collaborate with onboarding, billing, and recruiting to ensure a smooth practitioner experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Healthcare coordination experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Organized and communicative; proficient in Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Operations Manager

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Position Overview:

As an Operations Manager at The MedServ Group, you will be our primary point of contact for our practitioners (doctors and nurses) as it relates to scheduling visits, EMR documentation etc. You will oversee a team of data entry specialists that work underneath you, and you are responsible for managing the visit process and will work closely with our onboarding, billing, and recruiting departments to ensure a smooth experience for all practitioners and serviced locations.

Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing schedules for practitioner visits to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home care visits.
• Ensuring that patient lists are received for upcoming visits and provided to our practitioners in a timely, professional manner.
• Following up with the facilities and practitioners to make sure that post visit documentation is submitted as requested.

Operations Manager Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience as a Operations Manager or similar role.
• Previous healthcare care coordinating experience for a skilled nursing facility or long-term care facility setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be organized and communicative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com (preferred).
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Information

• Schedule: 9:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday).
• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
• Location: 201 Edward Curry Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10314.
