Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years leadership experience in a call center environment or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and evaluate supervisor performance against KPIs and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure client deliverables are met.
• Be regularly present on the production floor and interact with supervisors to ensure productive work and system functionality.
• Create and implement action plans to address underperforming supervisors and associates.
• Maintain upward and downward communication with the client and internal teams (HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, IT).
• Participate in associate and supervisor selection and interviews; document and manage separations as needed.
• Demonstrate engaged leadership and attention to detail in client interactions; drive process improvement and implement new processes.
