Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee support services across departments. You will coordinate frontline tasks and act as a liaison between administration and unit teams to deliver the highest level of service.

Key duties include establishing standards, scheduling and staffing, participating in hiring, training staff, and coordinating external services. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities under stress.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to change.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Establish and annually review staff standards and procedures.
• Plan work, staffing, and areas to ensure adequate service delivery.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide facility recommendations.
• Generate monthly reports on goals, accomplishments and plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste, etc.).
