AdaptHealth is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to support the Operations Team across regions, serving as subject matter expert and mentor. You may deliver and set up equipment as needed, while ensuring compliance and quality in service delivery.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Related experience in health care admin, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and guide team members in daily operations and complex case resolution; primary escalation point for issues and regulatory questions.
• Lead team meetings, onboarding, and ongoing staff training for operations and client engagement teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements and workflow optimization strategies.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation with management.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory changes to guide decisions.
