University of California - Los Angeles Health's Department of Medicine is seeking a Program Operations Manager to lead and oversee program operations supporting its mission. The role plans and coordinates community-based initiatives, manages partnerships, and ensures compliant, high-quality deliverables with rigorous data collection and reporting standards.

The candidate will supervise staff, train program staff, and work with UCLA administrators and external partners in a fast-paced environment

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently and supervise staff; 1+ years' experience supervising laboratory personnel and operations.
• Exceptional writing skills to produce wide range of documents and deliverables.
• Experience communicating effectively with UCLA administrators, outside funders, policy makers and community representatives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex programs with short deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of program/project development, evaluation, datasets, financial management and reporting, research principles.
• Ability to learn new policies, procedures, and software.
• Ability to train new program managers and staff.
• Ability to communicate medical, policy and administrative information in English.
