Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Full-time Operations Coordinator for Environmental Services. Hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and you will support department operations and administration.

Requires a High School Grad or Equivalent and 2 years of clerical experience with strong customer service and MS Office skills. Base pay is $23.63–$35.55 per hour, with potential shift incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required).
• 2 years of Clerical experience (Required).
• Excellent Customer Service experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Microsoft Office Experience (Strongly Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides daily support to department operations and Leader, handling administrative tasks.
• Assists with scheduling, reports, procurement and file maintenance.
• Performs accounts payable, payroll and supply ordering; provides technical/administrative support to staff.
