  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and office inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely patient services.
  • Assist with customer service concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and required documentation.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative initiatives.
  • Monitor tasks, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and the overall patient experience.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, communicates professionally, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
