Job summary

CrelioHealth Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Client Onboarding, to lead end-to-end onboarding for US lab customers. You will plan implementations, configure rollouts with product and support, and train staff while aiming for delighted, expanding clients.

The role requires healthcare/LIS experience and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites is expected (~25–40%), with a base salary of $95,000–$120,000 plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management experience with at least 2 years onboarding software for external clients.
• Healthcare experience in a clinical laboratory or LIS/LIMS environment is required.
• Fluency with lab operations concepts and HIPAA/PHI protections.
• Excellent presenter and communicator with the ability to manage skeptical stakeholders.
• Structured and self-managing with demonstrated remote onboarding success.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US; valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for US clients from kickoff through go-live and handover to support.
• Develop and execute implementation plans: scope, milestones, data migration, interfaces, integrations (EHR/EMR, billing, HL7/FHIR), and user setup.
• Coordinate product, engineering, and support teams with client stakeholders to keep go-lives on schedule.
• Travel to client sites for kickoffs, go-lives, and training (roughly 25–40%).
• Train lab staff on real workflows and adapt training to each lab's operations.
• Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding and hand them to the growth team.
