Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Onboarding and Credentialing Field Support Specialist to deliver top-tier customer service to caregivers, field staff, clients, patients, and coworkers. The role supports pre-assignment credentialing, timesheet accuracy, and data integrity while ensuring HIPAA compliance and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• One year work experience in a team environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to elicit information from and provide information to all team members, caregivers and clients using strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a professional, proactive attitude and maintains effective communication within the hub, with clients, healthcare professionals, field staff, and office teammates.
• Provides excellent customer service to all constituents.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and adherence to company policy.
• Documents and maintains proficiency in all support functions to ensure smooth office operations.
• Proactively assists candidates through onboarding and tracks pre-assignment and credentialing requirements.
• Ensures timesheets and MaxView hours are accurately processed for payment.
• Performs data entry and validates data for credentialing requirements.
• Coordinates to obtain updated credentials before expiration.
• Adapts to new technology to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Maintains strong organizational and time management skills to support multiple offices.
