Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Onboarding and Credentialing Field Support Specialist to deliver top-tier customer service to caregivers, field staff, clients, and offices. The role supports credentialing and onboarding activities, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will assist with pre-assignment checks, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with the Field Support Manager to streamline processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
• One year work experience in a team environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, caregivers and clients

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates a professional, proactive attitude and communicates effectively within the Hub, with clients, caregivers, field staff and office team members
• Provides excellent customer service to all constituents
• Under the guidance of the Field Support Manager, follows the Expected practices
• Documents and maintains proficiency in all support functions and activities to ensure office operations are met
• Meets HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information
• Proactively guides candidates through onboarding and supports their progress
• Tracks and monitors pre-assignment and contract requirements to ensure compliance before activating caregivers
• Ensures data entry, validation and integrity for credentialing of caregivers and staff
• Coordinates to obtain updated credentials from caregivers and staff prior to expiration
• Adapts to latest technology to improve daily processes and efficiency
• Displays organizational and time management skills to support multiple offices
• Assists with office duties like supplies, phones, photocopying, and faxes
