Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead credentialing efforts and ensure all contingent workers meet customer, Sunburst, and industry standards. You will coordinate with Credentialing Specialists and Program Management to enforce requirements, support training, and monitor pre-assignment credentials across accounts.

The role emphasizes audit execution, reporting, and collaboration with customers and suppliers to maintain strong compliance and quality assurance in a corporate/field office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Healthcare terminology experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports credentialing specialists to ensure compliance for active accounts.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition and Program Management to identify and hire credentialing roles.
• Supports training and continuing education for credentialing staff.
• Monitors pre-assignment and contract-specific credentialing requirements.
• Executes audit plans to verify contractors are properly credentialed.
