Cape Fear Valley Health System seeks an experienced healthcare management professional to oversee front desk, scheduling, nursing functions and overall office leadership at the Dunn Erwin Medical location in North Carolina.

The role coordinates personnel, patient flow, and billing processes, working closely with Providers, Administration, and Physician Billing. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with supervisory and budgeting duties as part of daily operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required OR 8 years related healthcare management experience.
• 2 years healthcare management experience required.
• 1 year supervisory and billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding.

Mansioni

• Interview, hire and train staff; assess competency of employees.
• Monitor productivity; appraise performance; reward and discipline.
• Coordinate activities related to patient flow and office management.
• Ensure accurate CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding and billing practices.
• Monitor clinic charge master and encounter forms for accuracy.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and inventory; control costs.
• Market the office to the public and local organizations.
• Assist with capital and operating budgets; support physicians.
