Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare management experience.
• 1 year supervisory and billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/speaking.
• Knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train, assess competency of employees, plan, assign, and direct work of employees.
• Monitor productivity, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining staff.
• Address employee complaints and resolve problems.
• Coordinate activities related to patient flow and office management.
• Maintain knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding and billing guidelines.
