The role collaborates with the Practice Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and uphold high standards of patient care. In the Practice Manager's absence, the Office Supervisor will assume leadership duties to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing and diversified insurance plans.
• Basic understanding of general office procedures and general accounting principles.
• Solid understanding of coding and third-party requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the office functions, providing support and guidance to staff.
• Consult with Practice Manager on methods to control costs and maintain efficient operations.
• Assume the Practice Manager's duties in their absence.
