Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree with two (2) years supervisory experience required.
• In lieu of degree, 3-5 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years in a supervisor capacity.
• Minimum two (2) years healthcare supervisory experience.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day clinic operations.
• Oversee staffing, inventory, and PAR level management to control costs.
• Ensure service excellence, professionalism, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
