STR Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Office Manager in Exton, PA to support daily operations, scheduling, and client care. The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to maintain clean, safe facilities.

The candidate will assist with intakes, coordinate with clinicians, and manage vendor relationships. The position is full-time, with a 1st shift, and salary range in the mid-$50k range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2+ years in human services or customer service

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Sign in all guests to the facility
• Assist in documentation of client services
• Assist in client needs
• Conduct client check-ins
• Manage reception area
• Assist with new intakes and discharges
• Schedule and appointments coordination with NP/PA/Psychiatrist
• Facilitate clinical groups as assigned
• Manage supply inventory and ordering
• Maintain neat, orderly common areas
• Open/close building to standards
• Report maintenance issues promptly
