Job summary

STR Bucks County is seeking a Program Manager to supervise Behavioral Health Technicians, coordinate training, scheduling and daily operations at a Levittown facility. You will work with the Executive Director to ensure client safety and high-quality service, while guiding clinical and administrative activities to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with the Clinical Director, strong leadership, and a focus on compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in Health & Human Service field preferred.
• 1+ year supervision experience required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and ethics in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate supervision for BHTs to ensure client safety.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching and annual evaluations.
• Lead BHTs meetings and drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Director and represent BHTs in meetings.
• Support client treatment and staff through clinical and administrative tasks.
