Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries across multiple product lines and queues.
• Document conversations according to procedure.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of information per policy.
• Provide professional, accurate information and collaborate with internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate Health Plan or provider when needed.
