Qualifications

• Accident and Health Insurance License (California) within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Supports account strategy and data collection, assisting with team communications with customers, consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
• Addresses basic customer questions and concerns; supports KP sales and retention goals by progressing KPIs and CRM usage.
• Works with cross-team peers to coordinate engagement programs and manage renewal activities.
• Delivers accurate information on products, benefits/services, and pricing models when assisting customers.
