Job summary

Kingsley Endoscopy Center in Florida seeks a Materials Coordinator to manage instruments, supplies, and equipment purchases, maintain records, and support cost-effective operations that contribute to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include maintaining PAR levels, handling purchase orders, coordinating inventories, and collaborating with clinicians and the business office to ensure accurate billing and timely payment processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• 1 year of experience in materials management.
• Some accounting/bookkeeping experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Regional Materials Manager or Market Materials Manager.
• Maintains center supply expense management.
• Establishes and maintains PAR stock levels in all areas.
• Processes purchases for the Center using purchase orders and verifies accuracy of orders received.
• Prepares goods for return and ships items as needed.
• Oversees biannual inventories and inputs counts into SMART.
• Confers with physicians and nursing staff on product needs and initiates trials when indicated.
