Job summary

Great Falls Clinic in Durham, NC seeks a Materials Coordinator to ensure supplies, instruments, and equipment are available for daily operations. You will manage purchases, receiving, inventory, par levels, and distribution to support patient care and efficient workflow.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and familiarity with hospital procedures. Prior hospital material handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work with others in a team.
• Experience working in a hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes and stocks/distributes incoming orders.
• Restocks supply carts and delivers supplies to units.
• Fills stock requisitions and handles deliveries within the hospital.
• Processes outbound shipping documents and vendor returns.
• Adheres to hospital policies and confidentiality, and supports safety goals.
