Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Marketer responsible for creating marketing programs to grow our client base and improve retention. The role involves promoting our long-term and skilled nursing facility to external providers by visiting worksites, inviting tours, and maintaining relationships with discharge planners and community organizations.

Qualifications

Seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Marketer!

The Healthcare Marketer will be primarily responsible for creating marketing programs that build our client base and encourage client retention.

The Healthcare Marketer will market our long-term and skilled nursing facility to outside providers such as physicians, hospitals, outpatient care centers, hospices and other appropriate providers by visiting their work sites periodically, inviting them to the facility for tours, and keeping them up-to-date of available beds. Establishes an excellent working relationship with discharge planners, other medical providers and families. Attends local senior centers’ functions as well as organizations serving seniors, takes an active role with the local chamber of commerce, and is a viable resource for the community (how to pick a nursing home, definitions, insurance requirements, new regulations).

Other duties of the Healthcare Marketer include planning programs and events that help build relationships between healthcare personnel and patients, as well as position our facility products and services favorably in the healthcare market.

Qualifications:

• Experience dealing with clients in a customer service-based business or marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging.
• Computer knowledge and efficient skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate flexibility to change priorities as needed.
• High school diploma. Some college or technical schooling preferred.
